I am a Toronto based nutritionist with an intense love for food (duh!). Blue cheese and basil are two of my MANY favourite ingredients, but I essentially love to eat everything that tastes great. Cooking great tasting and nutritious meals is a passion of mine, especially when served alongside a glass of red wine. I also like talking about food, nutrition and general health topics, which is where this blog fits in!

I hold a Masters of Health Science degree in Nutrition Communication and work for an internationally known food service organization.
